Oasis Madeleine is seeking a creative, social-media-savvy Content Creator / Reels Videographer to showcase its luxury beauty and wellness experience in downtown Danville, California. This is a hands-on content creation role focused on producing engaging short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms. The role is not primarily traditional videography or social media management. The successful candidate will capture treatments, providers, clients with consent, educational content, behind-the-scenes moments, special events, and the overall Oasis Madeleine environment while maintaining a sophisticated, premium visual aesthetic. Film short-form vertical video for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Develop creative concepts, hooks, and story ideas for social content. Capture treatments, providers, before-and-after content, B-roll, testimonials, events, and behind-the-scenes footage. Help providers feel comfortable and natural on camera. Edit footage into polished, engaging Reels with captions, music, transitions, and other appropriate social-media elements. Create reusable, high-quality B-roll. Monitor Instagram and TikTok trends and identify those appropriate for the Oasis Madeleine brand. Requirements Strong creative eye and understanding of what makes people stop scrolling. Knowledge of composition, lighting, editing, pacing, hooks, trends, and social-media storytelling. Ability to create compelling content using an iPhone and/or professional camera equipment. Experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Ability to create polished, visually consistent content suited to a luxury beauty and wellness brand. Comfort working around medical aesthetic treatments and filming clients with appropriate consent. Ability to help providers deliver concise and natural educational content. Reliable, organized, creative, and able to work independently. Regular experience creating Instagram Reels or TikTok content. Experience in beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, wellness, fashion, hospitality, or luxury-brand content is preferred but not required. A strong portfolio and creative ability are more important than extensive professional experience. Schedule and Work Location Flexible, part-time or freelance schedule, with scheduled content sessions at the Oasis Madeleine location in Danville, California. Additional opportunities may be available for special events, launches, and other content needs. Some editing work may be completed remotely. Expected hours: approximately 5 hours per week. Work location: In person. Compensation Compensation is listed as $30–$50 per hour depending on experience and portfolio, with an additional listing of $40–$60 per hour.
