The Data Analyst will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze data needs, and develop scalable data solutions. The role involves designing data pipelines, cleansing and transforming data, developing data models, and creating dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights. The analyst will also optimize data workflows and reporting systems, perform data validation and testing, monitor system performance, maintain technical documentation, and support ongoing system enhancements. Collaboration with data engineers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders is required to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives. Requirements Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications. Proficiency in Python and SQL for data cleansing, preprocessing, transformation, and analysis. Knowledge of data quality processes, including identifying and resolving missing values, duplicates, inconsistencies, and other data issues. Experience analyzing and optimizing data workflows, reporting processes, dashboards, and system performance. Understanding of data pipelines, data ingestion, ETL processes, data transformations, storage, and system integrations. Experience developing logical and physical data models, entity-relationship diagrams, data-flow diagrams, and database schemas. Ability to design, develop, deploy, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions. Experience conducting data validation, quality checks, end-to-end testing, monitoring, and system maintenance. Ability to create and maintain technical documentation for data processes, architectures, ETL workflows, schemas, and operational procedures. Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
