Audio Producer based in New York, US, joining AMA’s US creative team. AMA creates customised, data-driven dynamic audio advertising for major brands across leading audio platforms. The Audio Producer will help turn approved campaign concepts into relevant, persuasive adaptive audio campaigns tailored to different listeners, situations and data points. This hands-on role covers the full production process, including script development, modular copywriting, voice casting, recording sessions, talent direction, audio editing and campaign builds in AMA Studio. The role will work closely with the Head of Creative and Strategy, Campaign Management, Sales and Product teams, as well as clients, agencies and external partners. The successful candidate will manage multiple campaigns from approved strategy through to live delivery, ensuring that all work is accurate, on brief, on schedule and aligned with AMA’s creative and production standards. They will also help clients understand the value of adaptive audio and contribute to improving the team’s templates, processes and quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Manage production timelines across multiple campaigns and identify risks or blockers early. Translate campaign strategies into clear adaptive use cases and practical production plans. Write concise audio scripts that maintain brand voice and work across different listener situations. Develop modular scripts and copy systems that can scale across locations, offers, audiences and other data points. Work within word counts, legal requirements, mandated lines and other production constraints. Cast voice talent, schedule recording sessions and support or lead talent direction. Source music and sound effects and edit audio using professional production software. Build, edit and quality-check campaigns in AMA Studio. Review work thoroughly before internal or client distribution. Support creative kickoffs, script approvals and responses to client and agency feedback. Explain creative recommendations and the benefits of adaptive audio to clients. Keep internal teams informed of production progress, changes, approvals and delivery schedules. Use AI-assisted tools to support drafting and versioning while applying human judgement to final outputs. Contribute to creative templates, processes and quality standards. Build knowledge of audio advertising, adaptive creative, data and production best practice. Requirements Approximately two years of audio production experience in a production company, creative agency, publisher, brand, audio platform or freelance environment. Strong practical understanding of audio production, from script development through to finished asset delivery. Proficiency with Adobe Audition, Pro Tools or a similar digital audio workstation. Ability to write clear, concise copy for the ear and adapt writing for different brands, audiences and situations. Understanding of voice casting, recording sessions, audio editing and delivery processes. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and approval processes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to checking the accuracy and quality of work. Ability to respond positively to feedback and revise work efficiently while maintaining the brief and deadline. Clear, organised communication skills, with the ability to coordinate internal teams, clients and external partners. Interest in how data, context and listener behaviour can make audio advertising more relevant. Comfort using AI-assisted tools, or willingness to learn how to apply them effectively in the creative process.
