    Jazz Illustration
The prompt for this project was to redesign a paper sculpture as an object while incorporating aspects of a certain designer/illustrator's style. I chose to be influenced by David Stone Martin, who designed minimalist and semi-abstract album cover art for jazz musicians. illustrator
    Pen and Ink Poster
    Band-inspired poster illustrator
    Salamander Zine
The goal for this project was to use Photoshop to create a zine that relates to part of my personal identity. Preserving biodiversity is a topic I am passionate about, and I have I special love for amphibians. I narrowed my topic down to salamanders because they are an incredibly valuable species with a range of unique characteristics. graphicdesigner illustrator designer
    Charcoal Skulls and Drapery
    A charcoal still life. illustrator
    Figures and Architecture
This project demonstrates both figure drawing and landscape architecture. There is a park in my hometown of Modesto, CA, called Dry Creek Park, and it is a hotspot for runners and athletes. The drawing presents a community service idea for an athlete's center/pavilion in the park. This would include new bathrooms, a storage room/rental center for equipment, and a covered area for stretching or workouts. The plants are all California natives, and the fashion is inspired by 80s and 90s athletic wear. graphicdesigner illustrator designer
    Coexist Or We Won't Exist
The purpose of this project is to exemplify the fact that humans depend on insects and they should be respected and protected. The moth is based off of a Kern primrose sphinx moth, which is endangered and only exists in two small parts of California, one of which is San Louis Obispo. The landscape is based off the green hills of San Louis Obispo, and the flower in the foreground is a desert columbine, which can also be found in the area. The human and moth mimic each other's forms to show how intertwined the lives of humans and insects are. graphicdesigner illustrator designer
Hozier Unreal Unearth Tour 2024 Poster
I designed a poster for musical artist Hozier's summer 2024 tour. Many of his songs have themes about returning to the earth and the circle of life and death. I captured this in the poster by utilizing Photoshop to make it look like Hozier is being swallowed by the roots of a tree. graphicdesigner illustrator designer
