A real estate buyer’s guide designed to present property and home-buying information in a clear, structured publication.

The design combines photography, typography, informational sections, callout elements, and carefully organized page layouts to make the content easier to navigate. Different layouts were used throughout the guide to separate topics while maintaining a consistent visual direction.

I worked on the editorial layout, typography, image placement, content hierarchy, spacing, and overall page composition.

The result is an informative publication that balances practical real estate content with strong visual presentation, making the guide suitable for digital distribution or print.
