Created configurations via Design Tables and used SolidWorks PDM for approval workflows. Iteratively developed prototypes using machining and 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS) with polymers, resins and nylon/metal powders. Communicated with patients, surgeons, internal teams and vendors, including in-person meetings. Performed FEA to determine appropriate loads and stresses, and created product catalog renderings.
