The best interfaces are the ones users don't notice. They just get the job done. I’ve spent 16+ years designing products that disappear into the user’s workflow, delivering systems that feel intuitive and reliable. I work best when I’m in the room with engineers and PMs—not handing over a Figma file at the end of a sprint. In the last couple of years, I’ve been focused on AI-native product design—figuring out where AI should act, where humans must stay in control, and how the interface earns trust in both directions. It’s some of the most interesting UX work happening today, and it’s where I’m directing a lot of my energy.
