Maintained shelves and prepared items for stock, used a pallet jack to move water crates and other products, and assisted forklift drivers with pallets. Also managed and unpacked shipping consignments and maintained the dairy department.

Hired as a customer service representative but spent the first few months as a cashier. Responsibilities included operating the lottery machine for customers, handling returns and refunds (and denying refunds when not applicable), assisting customers with ShopRite accounts, taking notes on hourly sales on the customer service desk’s computer, answering and redirecting phone calls to relevant department/manager, and tallying tills at the end of the night.
