Justin earned his keep interning at the world renowned Noble Street Studios, and independently working with producers/engineers such as T-Minus (J. Cole, Nicki Minaj, The Weeknd), Terry Brown (Rush, Blue Rodeo), David Bottrill (Peter Gabriel, Smashing Pumpkins, Tool), and Brian Moncarz (Alice Cooper, Our Lady Peace, The Trews). Over the last two years Justin has also earned song-writing credits with artists from Universal Music, Ishkode Records, Tough Gong Records, Kilometer Music Group, and many independent acts across North America. His unique ability to understand an artist’s perspective creates a positive and creative atmosphere in any recording situation, while his understanding of the technical and creative aspects of recording sounds, capturing performances, and mixing records allows the artist to achieve their artistic vision.
