Dear Twine Talent Team, my name is Antonio Fadda and I am a (slighty) young Learning Specialist currently looking for a new opportunity to develop and grow further. I have several years of corporate experience, of which roughly three dedicated specifically to process improvement and learning management cycles at 360 degrees. Having worked so far within small learning teams gave me the opportunity to gain a solid experience in different aspects of Learning Cycle Management, from Training Need Analysis to Material Design, Training Delivery and Post-training evaluation and improvement areas – both on classroom training but also on digital Learning Path design and implementation.
