Earlier in my career in Australia, I led the redesign of online Help Centre and customer account dashboards, and created troubleshooting and knowledge-base content that supported onboarding and helped users quickly find answers. I worked closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams on large-scale digital transformation initiatives — including AI-driven live chat, intelligent routing, and workflow automation — bringing clarity and consistency to complex systems and driving measurable gains in adoption and customer satisfaction. Recently, my work has focused on designing websites, shaping brand strategies, and building onboarding and training content for clients across fashion, startups, technology, judicial systems, and e-commerce. I’m drawn to content that tells a story — helping users feel oriented, confident, and supported as they move through complex products.
