Upon getting N number of unique cards, you would get 3 rewards for each milestones.
There were 15 unique player cards and 4 milestones.
Rewards construct was particularly complex as there were 720 combinations to choose from with different probabilities.
Execution :
Lead overall execution across 4 teams along with individual contributions. Managed multiple stakeholders - Product, Program, Analytics, QA with tight deadlines.
Mitigated issues with long term solve in mind to meet the goal.
Also, Analytics team had to change the reward probabilities every week so created seamless flow with checks in place.

Saw 10 million quizzes and 30 million cards issued to users across 2 months.
