For the last year and a half I have helped with the launch of two partnerships; James Hardie and Magnolia and James Hardie and the Chicago Cubs. I have worked in a variety of different industries ranging from wholesale building products, pharmaceuticals, small print shops, packaging and containers to real estate. Currently, I am working for James Hardie which is the #1 company for fiber cement products. Our small but mighty team creates advertising and marketing materials daily; providing various pieces for The Home Depot and Lowe’s. Prior to working in the building products industry, I have spent 8 years in a diverse background as a real estate graphic design. I personally manage 55+ agents and teams, including all communications and coordinating orders. Of the 15 designers on our team at @properties, I had the most responsibility and I am the top producer. I pride myself on being a quick, efficient, reliable, and I always beat the turnaround times we provide to our clients. I enjoy working in both print and digital roles. I have done it all from logos and bench ads, to web graphics, digital ads, eBlasts, postcards, trade show banners, brochures, packaging, billboards and more. I would describe my design style as clean and rich, but I am also able adapt to my clients’ brand needs easily. While I identify as a graphic designer, I also wear many other hats. People often describe me as bringing the team together and keeping the team spirit high when times can get overwhelming. You will rarely see me without a smile on my face and an attitude to match it! I am not afraid to take on big tasks, am extremely organized, and an effective multitasker. When my work load is not as full, I am the type of person to ask if anyone needs help. My wide range of experience has enabled me to thrive as a designer, but what sets me apart from others is my ability to transform my clients’ vision into a final product. Can’t wait to help you out with all your design needs! Cheers! Kelly Schenk

Hi there!

My name is Kelly Schenk and I just recently relocated to the Columbus, Ohio area from Chicago.
