After 22 years designing and delivering high-impact training for ScottishPower, I decided in January 2026 that the time was right to set up Key-Learning. I have a proven track record of creating world-class health and safety, environmental, technical, compliance, regulatory, soft skills, and system-based courses.

Working with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), I work to translate sometimes complex technical, regulatory, scientific or health and safety-based content into user-friendly, accessible courses. Working with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate and PowerPoint amongst others, I incorporate a variety of videos, interactions, knowledge checks and assessments to meet and validate the objectives of the project.
