Manage hospitality financial reporting and daily sales reconciliation across rooms, restaurant, bar, laundry, and events. Reconcile cash, M-Pesa, bank, and other payment transactions; monitor outstanding payments, bills, expenses, and departmental expenditure. Support procurement workflows including requisitions, suppliers, purchasing, and payment tracking, and track inventory-related financial information and departmental consumption. Maintain structured Excel-based financial and operational records and build reporting systems/dashboards to improve visibility of business performance. Support payroll-related financial processes and staff records, coordinate with operations and departmental teams to resolve administrative/financial issues, and assist with troubleshooting local server, network, and computer issues when needed.
