I’m Kimberly Hove, a Toronto-based motion designer, content creator, and creative all-rounder who loves bringing ideas to life through visual storytelling. I’ve spent the past six years building strong skills in Adobe After Effects, video editing, and digital content creation, and I’m always pushing myself to learn new tools and techniques that elevate my work. My experience spans digital media, performing arts, government outreach, and community-focused roles. As a Motion Designer and Social Content Creator, I’ve produced short-form videos, motion graphics, and social content that have reached over 100,000 likes on TikTok. I also work as a Teacher’s Assistant at Stagecoach Performing Arts where I support youth learning, creative development, and performance-based projects. It’s a role that blends structure, creativity, and leadership, which is exactly where I thrive. Before that, I served as President of my school’s HOSA chapter, leading a large student organization, coordinating events, and managing communications. I also worked in provincial and municipal government outreach, which strengthened my communication, organization, and stakeholder-focused skills. All of this shapes how I approach creative work today: thoughtful, people-centered, and detail-driven. What makes me stand out is my mix of creative versatility, technical skill, and leadership experience. I learn fast, adapt quickly, and bring a positive, collaborative energy to every team. I’m fluent in English and French, currently studying Psychology at the University of Guelph, and I’m passionate about using creativity to make meaningful, visually compelling work.
