Kiva Donald

Hi, I’m Kiva Donald, an audio professional with 3+ years of experience in radio. I edit longform recordings into polished, broadcast ready episodes, add intro/outro music and sound design, and cut short form clips for social media from hours of raw audio. I’ve done this both as a solo producer and presenter running full shows start to finish, and as a broadcast assistant supporting other presenters and hosts.

I work independently across the full production workflow, from raw recording to final delivery, and I’m used to hitting tight, recurring deadlines while working fully remotely with distributed teams. I have a particular interest in mental health and identity storytelling, and experience creating content for LGBTQ+ communities and health related audiences, though I bring the same care and attention to any subject matter.

I’m comfortable picking up new tools and platforms quickly and I enjoy the ownership that comes with managing a project end to end.
