I’m İsmail KucuKKulaHlı, an engineering leader with 30+ years of experience building and transforming mission-critical software products across FinTech, ERP, and Healthcare IT. I’ve led large, high-performance teams and personally guided major initiatives—from distributed, cloud-native architectures on Azure/AWS/Google Cloud to payment platforms, risk automation, and nationwide hospital information systems.
I enjoy turning complex domain requirements (payments, BNPL, digital wallets, BI/AI, and medical tracking) into reliable systems with measurable business impact. Throughout my career, I’ve implemented modern CI/CD and DevOps practices, delivered regulatory integrations, and built AI-driven capabilities such as early warning and anomaly detection—helping teams reduce manual operations dramatically while improving speed, traceability, and compliance.
