I am a recent Master’s graduate from the Granada Centre for Visual Anthropology at the University of Manchester, specializing in documentary filmmaking and photography. I have hands on experience creating documentary-style films, from field research to post-production. I completed a short documentary film about a group of childhood friends within the Iranian diaspora as part of my Master's research, which focused on nostalgia, memory, and friendship. I also pursue street photography in my personal time, mainly through 35mm film, with some experience using 8mm and 4x5. My background spans museum curation, research-driven filmmaking, and customer-focused roles that foster collaboration and creative problem-solving. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Persian, with working proficiency in French, making me suitable to connect with people globally. I have a strong passion for creating captivating and moving stories through filmmaking and photography, and look forward to refining and expanding my skills!
