Overview:
Developed a complete online appointment booking system integrated with a third-party CRM API for a client’s automotive service website. The main objective was to connect the WordPress website seamlessly with the client’s CRM to automate customer registration, vehicle data synchronization, and service booking.

Key Features & Implementation:

CRM API Integration: Integrated the WordPress site with the client’s custom CRM API to enable real-time data exchange between both systems.

Customer Sync: Automated customer registration — when a new user registers on the website, their details are instantly synced with the CRM.

Dynamic Vehicle Fetch: After login, the customer’s registered cars are dynamically fetched from the CRM via API and displayed on their dashboard.

Online Booking System: Customers can directly book car services on the website, with booking details submitted and confirmed through the CRM API.

AJAX-based Booking Flow: Implemented a smooth, asynchronous booking experience without page reloads.

Data Security & Validation: Ensured secure API communication using authentication tokens and robust validation for all data exchanges.

Outcome:
The integration successfully automated customer and booking management, eliminated manual data entry, and provided users with a faster and more seamless booking experience — directly connected to the CRM backend in real time.
