June Bug Way VRBO Guest Book

This comprehensive 50+ page guest book was created for a vacation rental property in Sevierville, TN. As both the writer and designer, I developed an engaging, user-friendly guide that enhances the guest experience while reducing host inquiries.

The project includes original copywriting for welcome instructions, house rules, amenities, local attractions, dining recommendations, and curated day trip ideas—organized into clearly defined, visually branded sections. The design balances practicality and personality, using an easy-to-navigate layout, custom icons, and a rustic yet modern aesthetic to reflect the charm of the Smoky Mountains cabin.

Delivered in both print-ready and digital formats, the book serves as an on-brand, guest-centric resource that helps streamline check-ins and adds a polished touch to the property’s hospitality experience. #pdf #graphicdesigner #article
