Leadership in Human Resources Optimization Projects In my role as project leader, I have led the implementation and redesign of processes to ensure maximum efficiency in the new organizational structure of the Human Resources area of the Coliseo Group, composed of more than 7,000 employees. I have ensured that all procedures comply with legal regulations and best practices, preparing reports for the CEO using business metrics and KPIs. Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement I have planned, organized and directed the optimization and improvement of the human resources processes of the 43 companies of the Coliseo Group, adapting them to the established needs and priorities. I coordinated the design and implementation of the Group's new Selection and Recruitment Center. Human Resources Team Management I have been responsible for managing and ensuring the efficiency of 40 Human Resources staff, including supervisors and technicians, in companies in sectors such as Technology, Mining, Hospitality, Casinos, Catering, Logistics/Warehousing and Civil Construction. I have been responsible for the individual development of employees, ensuring their management, training, evaluation, development, and motivation, as well as the establishment of salaries and compensation. Automation and Process Improvement I have led the development and implementation of new software (HCM) for automation and support of the Human Resources management system. This software has optimized key processes such as recruitment, salaries, database, information storage, file management, staff attendance and arrival time, and completion of assigned tasks. Continuous Improvement and Organizational Structure In addition, I have identified and improved processes in other areas of the organization related to Human Resources, establishing simple and organized communication structures, collecting and presenting relevant information from the management of all employees.
