Directed the test bid to establish a partnership between Sony Animation and Atomic for the Young Love series. Held regular meetings with Sony to discuss creative and production topics, vetted scripts for asset breakdowns, and maintained storylines according to the show's vision. Reviewed and broke down storyboards with Sony and House of Cool, reviewed design and layout assets, and worked closely with technical artists and builds supervisor to create character builds, focusing on authentic and animation-friendly black hairstyles. Provided feedback on episodes and assisted in hiring creative staff.

Directed show production with regular communication with show runners, art director, storyboard supervisor, animation director, and comp/FX team to maintain and develop the look, style, and quality of the show. Managed script revisions, animation style guide development, weekly music spotting sessions, and coordinated edits and client revisions to ensure high-quality final product.

Managed a team of 10-15 animators per episode, assigned scenes based on animator strengths, regularly met with the team for production discussions and check-ins, attended weekly production meetings to communicate episode status and issues, mentored junior artists by pairing them with senior artists to foster growth, and reviewed first pass scenes providing clear notes to maintain show style and animation quality.
