Martina Cornejo Baca

I’m Martina Cornejo Baca, a Fashion Marketing & Communications graduate with a 2.1 Honours. I am a passionate person dedicated to the fashion industry, eager to contribute fresh and innovative ideas to companies. My main interests lie in branding and art direction, social media marketing, and public relations. I also have a strong focus on event planning and development. I am fully committed and always give 100% to everything I take on.

I am currently pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Fashion Styling and Art Direction. The most influential magazine in Ecuador covers lifestyle, fashion, and architectural and interior design. During my time there, I was in charge of managing social media and helped organize brand events across the country. I was responsible for tracking engagement and improving the online version of the magazine. Additionally, I wrote two articles that were published. I gained experience styling models with some of the world’s top designers and enjoyed meeting them as well. I learned how fashion shows operate and the importance of organization, time management, and teamwork. A public relations agency with clients looking to enhance their image offered me the opportunity to learn about press releases and pitching to media, and I also had the chance to work with a well-known journalist and media coach in the country, and I was in charge of her styling. Lastly, I helped create content for the agency’s social media platforms.
