Redesigning the ANIDA Food Bank website using WordPress and custom CSS to improve accessibility, mobile responsiveness, and user flow for vulnerable populations. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups in Figma for processes such as volunteering, viewing events, booking appointments, and more. Collaborating with the Fundraising team and championing UX principles to raise the digital standard of ANIDA’s online presence. Implementing SEO best practices and content updates to increase visibility of food bank services. Supporting community engagement events (e.g., volunteering days, booth design) by translating on-the-ground user insights into website improvements.

Assisted in the design process for creating app templates for clients, primarily worked on Figma and led the creation of one of the new app templates. Contributed to the final app layout released to the app store and currently used by client customers with a 5-star rating. Led the design process for admin panel pages and implemented UI for multiple functionalities. Created a user-friendly admin panel currently used by small business clients to track and customize their app experience.
