Hi, I’m Christy Hacker, a pioneering esports coach and player who helped found Aquinas College’s esports program. As one of the first female esports athletes in Michigan with a scholarship, I competed in every role across four years and built a welcoming, competitive environment that encouraged collaboration and personal growth. In my senior year, I expanded my impact beyond competition by managing Aquinas’ social media and stream content, coordinating a team, and shaping marketing plans for the program.
