    Winchilsea Estates approached me at the very start of their journey, seeking a distinctive brand identity that would clearly articulate their business model and position them confidently within a competitive property market. The brief centred on developing a visual identity and marketing assets that reflected the ethos of the new venture and communicated professionalism, trust and warmth. I began with a deep discovery process, taking time to understand the company’s aspirations, service approach and ideal client base. Through this collaborative groundwork, I clarified the tone, personality and core messages that would underpin the brand. From there, I created a full visual identity package for Winchilsea Estates — including a bespoke logo, colour palette, typography and supporting brand elements.     Our client in construction management and design was in the running as a potential supplier for a major area development project. Part of the tender process required them to present an overview of their business and outline proposal. They asked us to create a dynamic pitch deck positioning their business boldly and confidently. We took their ‘baseline’ slides and redesigned them, adding video and animation and an enhanced visual style - a striking and more modern look and feel, yet still within their key brand code identifiers.
