•Oversaw all aspects of Project Shine
Project(implemented by Ministry of Power, Govt. of
India) from its inception to completion. The main
aspect of this scheme was to deliver LED bulbs in
exchange for ICL bulbs at a nominal cost to each and
every houses of rural India. • Responsible for hiring
and interviewing qualified candidates for the field
executive role. • To analyse the data entered by the
agents, scrutinize and verify the personal and
residential details of beneficiary , make prior
corrections , if necessary. • Forward the reports to
project manager. RESULTS :- • Benefitted 70,000
families with LED bulbs at affordable costs. •
Replaced 4 lakh incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs
resulting in less power consumption in 14 districts of
Bihar
