A few things that came out of it: I broke a DTC pet brand's weekly sales record by rebuilding their customer journey and adding upsells to it. Sales doubled and conversion rate went to 4.5%. I added 50% to DogConnectors' revenue in Q1 2023 by productizing their Shopify builds. Two full sites a month. I cut PureVPN's support chat volume by 20%, mostly by redesigning the information architecture on their support portal so people could actually find what they came for. And I cut dev lead times by 25% at the same company by fixing a design handoff that wasn't working between the marketing and product teams. Fetch Conversions is me.
