Hi, I’m Gregory Arnold. I’m a Portland-based baker, writer, and illustrator. I founded MUSCLEYMAN COMICS LLC and have spent years baking on a professional level from breads and pastries at my own bakery in the past to New Seasons Market as a production baker. All the while building a creative company that combines digital art, storytelling and illustrations. Beyond the kitchen and the page, I love sharing food and comics with local communities, from farmers markets to neighborhood storefronts. I approach each project with curiosity, collaboration, and a focus on quality that makes people smile.

uniE621 The Winkles : Meet The Neighbors
I designed, wrote and illustrated a 32 page Juvenile to Adult Style of Life Comic book based off a fictional married couple living in Southern Oregon. It's a full color, staple bound magazine sized product filled with charming interactions, puzzles and games, that is both educational and whimsical. My intended audience is elementary aged children up thru adulthood teaching foundation boundaries, expressing encouragement and honesty while embracing a welcoming ideology that "It's Okay to Be You". To summarize : "Moved to a new home in a valley of Southern Oregon, dandelion farmers Penny and Perry Winkle have found a new community in their midst. Join them as they meet their neighbors, creating new friendships, engaging in lively conversation and sharing that "It's okay to be you!" as a mutual respect and acceptance." illustrator designer artist
