Integrated CRM, email, calendar, e-commerce, and enterprise systems via APIs and third-party connectors. Owned hands-on delivery from requirements and architecture through implementation, deployment, testing, and client rollout.

Designed and shipped scalable features across Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, service and data layers for a B2B SaaS workplace platform. Contributed production code for cloud-native systems, improving reliability, observability, and maintainability across core workflows. Collaborated on AI/LLM-powered product experiences using OpenAI/Claude-style APIs, LangChain patterns, and retrieval-based systems. Organized technical debt, mentored engineers, reviewed architecture decisions, and balanced rapid delivery with long-term platform quality.

Built and maintained Ruby on Rails and React features across web, service, and data layers for enterprise workplace-management software. Followed Git-based development standards, performed code reviews, and worked with CI/CD practices and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready releases.
