Hi, I’m Katherine (Neco) Kafruni, a Miami-based interdisciplinary artist and MFA studio resident at Bakehouse Art Complex. My practice weaves painting, installation, and new media to explore memory, urban space, and community storytelling, often through participatory processes and site-specific collaboration. I’m an Associate Artist at Bakehouse Art Complex and engage with residencies and exhibitions across Miami, NWSA, and local cultural institutions, always aiming to invite audience participation and social conversation through art.
