I’m a visionary Creative Director and Brand Specialist with 30+ years of hands-on design and marketing experience. I founded Neon Lizard Creative Marketing and Design, LLC in 1998 (LLC since 2020) and have completed 15,000+ projects for 500+ B2B and B2C clients, earning more than 200 testimonials and 47 design awards. From logo design and brand identity systems to organic marketing, UX/UI, and print-to-digital execution at scale, I evaluate brands holistically and implement sustainable growth strategies while mentoring teams. I am currently still part-time with Neon Lizard Creative but actively seeking part-time remote senior consulting, Fractional CMO support, Creative Director, Design, Training, or Brand Evaluation roles beginning May 2026, with an intended full transition by Spring 2027.

This booklet can show you a variety of work that I have done over time and how I think and work. There’s not much I do not do. Although I am selling myself as an independent, I do have a deep bench of talent I can call on if needed. I adore design in all of its capacities and can design to any style. I have worked in many industries and for very large clients. I am fast, dependable and able to speak to just about any facet of marketing and design with ease and insight.
Logo and brand development is my specialty. As said in previous examples, my ability to take a brand and make it cohesive throughout every touchpoint is a method and skill not all designers possess.
I may have owned an agency but I am a designer before I am an “owner” and my purpose and goal is to serve and please my client. Period.

Client came to me in tears, previous company would not release her logo she had used for years. She did not want to work with them any more. We completely rebranded, launched a magazine and repackaged all the products. She grew 27% within the year in the midst of the rebrand.
