Qualifications

Virtual Assistance Skills
September 6, 2024 - November 26, 2024
The ALX Virtual Assistant (VA) Course gave me the practical skills and tools I needed to work efficiently as a VA. I learned email management, scheduling, data entry, and document organization, which helped me become more structured and detail-oriented. Communicating with clients became easier as I practiced handling inquiries, managing expectations, and writing professional messages. The course also reaffirmed my already existing skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Trello, Slack, and CRM tools. Now, I can manage tasks, track projects, and collaborate smoothly with teams. I developed social media management skills, including content scheduling and engagement. This allows me to help clients grow their online presence. Time and task management were key lessons. I now know how to prioritize work, stay organized, and meet deadlines. The course also covered resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies, which helped me position myself for remote opportunities. With these skills and the ALX VA certificate, I can confidently support businesses, stay productive, and deliver quality work.
