Designed, built, and shipped a React Native study app for Brazil’s national college entrance exam (ENEM) end-to-end in ~11 weeks from first commit to live App Store release. Implemented deep native integrations on iOS (app blocking via Apple Family Controls/Device Activity APIs using custom Shield/Monitor extensions) and Android (foreground/background usage tracking with a Kotlin-based tracker and a full lock-screen challenge flow; worked around Android 15 service/background-launch constraints). Built and deployed the full backend alone: a NestJS API on AWS plus a React/Vite admin console provisioned via infrastructure-as-code.
