Novy Lavanda

I’m a senior engineering leader and platform architect with 15+ years of experience designing and operationalizing enterprise web applications, high-throughput microservices, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms. I love turning ambiguous product goals into reliable architecture—bridging product delivery with rigorous software engineering, performance optimization, and production readiness.

In my roles, I lead cross-functional engineering teams (frontend, backend, QA, UX/UI, and data) while staying hands-on with modern TypeScript ecosystems such as Next.js, App Router, Node.js, and API design, along with PostgreSQL and Redis-based caching patterns. I focus on measurable outcomes like reducing latency and downtime, accelerating deployment cycles through CI/CD and automated quality gates, and shipping zero-to-one production platforms that stay stable under real transactional load.
