Managed large spatial databases containing hundreds of thousands of records using Python, Bash, PostgreSQL, and ArcGIS; georeferenced and updated critical data layers including districts and census tracts for the Code Enforcement Bureau; developed a full-stack routing application for inspectors using C#, JavaScript, and Azure, featuring authentication, live updates, and comments.
