The Problem
A founder had three weeks before investor demo day to validate a fitness subscription model. They needed offline workout logging, streak mechanics, and Apple Health integration — but had no mobile app and no time to hire a team.
What I Built
A cross-platform fitness tracker using Flutter and Firebase. Users log workouts without internet, maintain streaks with local notifications, and sync biometrics through Apple HealthKit. RevenueCat handles the subscription tiering.
The Outcome
My Role
Sole mobile developer. Scoped the MVP, architected the offline-first data layer, built the UI, integrated HealthKit, and handled App Store submission including the initial rejection and resubmission.
