Lead a small engineering team while staying hands-on across frontend, backend, and mobile for TraderSync—the commercial trading-journal platform—and its sister product MarketReplay. Drove web evolution from Django/Flask-based backends and Vue SPA frontends to Nuxt 4 + Vue 3 SSR, while maintaining the React Native mobile app on iOS/Android and a Go + Vue 3 + PostgreSQL product. Early mobile builds under Shock Dav included Drift (GPS-truck tracker), Contractor Forms (Flutter), and two additional private React Native apps for clients.

Co-founded a side venture building the VR + mobile game 'Do You Copy?'; led technical direction across the VR client and the companion mobile app. The project did not ship due to the 2020 pandemic, but involved Unity/C# VR development and cross-platform mobile work.
