Created designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator suitable for web and print. Converted traditionally made designs (paint, ink) for web use and print.

Led daily operations, trained new employees, and assisted in hiring and interviewing. Greeting customers, educating on safe alcohol service per AGLC laws, answering questions, making recommendations, operating the growler bar, and changing kegs. Managed end-of-day cash outs, rechecking and balancing tills in the morning. Implemented head office sales plans into liquor orders. Received shipments, verified tags and pricing, and added new products to the POS system. Placed orders for customers and completed/received store-to-store transfers, including customer orders/e-sales.

Performed opening and closing duties, including cash outs and machine readiness. Sold liquor, tobacco, and lottery in compliance with Alberta laws. Supervised gas area operations, logged deliveries and daily stock levels, updated gas prices and providers. Assisted customers with orders, logged propane usage, and followed safety procedures. Processed orders, managed inventory, pricing, and POS entries. Worked toward daily sales goals and promoted seasonal promotions, also maintained the store's social media promotions.
