Led a team of engineers supporting the US Air Force and Army in cloud migration and development. Created custom AWS CDK applications and CI/CD pipelines, architected infrastructure with CloudFormation and Terraform, and performed PowerShell/Linux scripting. Managed Azure migrations and hardened baseline Docker images for DoD centralized artifact repository. Mentored developers in .Net conversions and supported cloud-native application deployments across AWS and Azure environments.

Provided .Net and cloud consulting, application architecture, and team leadership in domains including Investment Management, Logistics, and CRM. Worked with .Net 8, .Net 6, Azure, AWS, Angular, React, and microservices. Supported US Army DevCom with a .Net 8 Winforms application, led Tiger Team problem-solving efforts, analyzed COBOL copybooks for API definitions, designed REST API contracts, and upgraded microservices architectures. Administered AWS and Azure infrastructure, led code reviews across multiple distributed teams, implemented Terraform modules, and managed pipelines for CI/CD. Engaged simultaneously in multiple projects and mentored teams.

Led engineering team and delivered 3 Azure migrations, architected CI/CD pipelines using AWS CDK and CodePipeline, produced Terraform plans for secure Azure deployments, and created Docker images to improve cloud development workflows. Supported the Cloud One Common Computing Environment program for the US Air Force and Army, including infrastructure as code, scripting, and mentoring of less experienced developers.
