I am drawn to work that removes friction for users and turns complex systems into experiences that feel simple, trustworthy, and useful. I bring a blend of product thinking, interaction craft, and a focus on measurable outcomes, and I would be excited to contribute that to your team. Across agency and freelance work I have delivered more than fifty web and commerce experiences for over one hundred clients. By simplifying information architecture, clarifying visual hierarchy, and building accessibility in from the start, I improved navigation clarity by about thirty percent and reduced bounce by around twenty percent across selected sites. My process is evidence based. I frame the problem and success metrics, move from sketches to interactive Figma prototypes, run moderated and unmoderated tests, and translate findings into specific changes that I track after release. Two projects show how I work. For Atom Connect I mapped fragmented student journeys and shaped a single feed and event flow. Time from browse to RSVP went down and first time task success went up. For Connect Ease, a communication support tool for autistic individuals, I ran interviews and task based studies, redesigned onboarding and response templates, and reduced cognitive load while increasing completion of key actions. These results came from tight loops between research, design, and engineering. I design with implementation in mind. I document states and edge cases, define acceptance criteria, and create components that translate cleanly to code. I work closely with engineers using HTML, CSS, responsive patterns, and common React conventions so that handoff is smooth and build quality is high. I have built and maintained design systems with tokens for type, spacing, color, and interaction which reduced rework and improved release predictability. I apply accessibility guidance such as WCAG in practical ways, including contrast, focus, semantics, and error handling, so that inclusion is part of the core experience. What I enjoy most is partnering across product, engineering, and data to turn insight into clear decisions and results. I communicate trade offs with clarity, invite feedback early, and keep iteration cycles fast. I care about outcomes. I will measure what we ship, learn from the data, and keep improving until the experience is effortless.
