Directed development of a cross-platform Unity title (C#) shipped on Steam, PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox, reaching 500k+ players and earning a Very Positive rating on Steam. Led overall game design and implemented core gameplay systems, including the crafting and exploration loop. Built a custom 2D platformer physics system and an FSM-based villager AI. Designed and built the game’s full UI, from core flows to moment-to-moment gameplay screens. Created in-engine tools and pipelines that improved iteration speed for the whole team. Optimized performance across target devices, sustaining 60 FPS. Also contributed to Kingdom in Pieces with online matchmaking and a lobby system, and developed a chess-inspired tactical AI using Unity’s Job System.
