In recent years, Snowlife has faced a growing challenge: more and more 17- to 18-year-olds are signing up for ski instructor training programs, while ski schools are increasingly looking to hire instructors aged 20 and above. This mismatch puts Snowlife’s job guarantee at risk.
To address this issue, I conducted research into the differences between these two age groups and explored their motivations for wanting to become ski instructors. The three main reasons that emerged were: spending time in nature, living in the moment, and being able to ski often and improve their skills.
Based on these insights, I created a documentary series that highlights these core aspects of the ski instructor lifestyle. The goal was to appeal to the right target audience for Snowlife and strengthen their positioning in the market.

For this video project, I had the opportunity to travel to Croatia on assignment for Jobe Sports to capture their new collection. From developing the initial concept to filming and editing, I was responsible for the entire creative process — ensuring that the final result aligned perfectly with the brand’s identity and energy.
All footage in the video was shot and edited by me, with the exception of the drone cinematography. By combining the stunning Croatian landscapes with the action-packed spirit of Jobe’s products, I aimed to create a visual story that feels as adventurous and dynamic as the brand itself.
