Documentary Editor

I am looking to commission an editor for an urban documentary to apply hip-hop flare and cool edits. The documentary covers an LA charity for brown and black youth, so looking for a serious documentary that has edit which reflect the characters backstory. My target audience is young millennials of color , like myself.
