Make me a Scottish Folk song (MIDI Needed)

I need an original instrumental MIDI track for a semi-pro short film I am making.
I am looking for someone to produce this track and then send me a high quality MIDI for it.

Specifications are:

• Fast paced and Lively
• Features traditional Scottish instruments
• Must have a melody which can be sung with vocals
• At least 3min long
• Adaptable to be used in Cubase
• Must start slow then gradually get very fast then end slow
• MUST Feature acoustic guitar, piano, and drums

I am prepared to give the freelancer up to £45 for this MIDI track,
