São Paulo: Photographer and videographer needed for tech event

Needs to hire 2 Freelancers - videographer and photographer

We’re organising a Testathon event (tech event for QA professionals) in São Paulo
with Facebook.

We will need a team of TWO people to record video footage and take photos of the event.

Time: 08:00 - 18:30
Date: TWO DAYS: Saturday September 17th and Sunday September 18th 2022.
Location: Itaim Bibi, São Paulo City Centre

PLEASE NOTE:
We will edit the raw video footage ourselves and this will be produced into a short advert which will have a global impact and will be powered by the Facebook PR team.

Time: All day, from 08:30 to 6:30 PM (Breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided)

Requirements of video / photo provider:

1. Can provide both videography and photography
2. Two to three people for the entire day (food will be provided) for both video/photo
3. WE DO NOT NEED ANYONE TO EDIT; we will take the raw footage off you on the day on a hard drive

Minimum Equipment:

1. High quality camera (video + photos)
2. Mic to record clear audio of testimonials (could just be a clipon)
3. Slider

Shots in the video (we can discuss in detail further):

1. Participants testing an app on their phone/tablet with their hands (e.g. potentially overlooking from shoulder - see video examples)
2. Global App Testing team - all types of shots - having fun
