About the role:
- Lead projects from concept to completion, from sketched wireframes to working, interactive products
- Implement best CRO practices for e-Commerce brands
- Confidently present concepts to clients, articulate design decisions and relate them to business needs
- Take a client’s brief and objectives, ask the right questions, gain an understanding, synthesize and communicate research findings, and iterate towards solutions
- Deliver high-quality designs across different devices such as mobile, tablet and desktops
- Be part of daily communications with team and leaderships
Who you are:
- You can demonstrate how to articulate clear user experiences through good design
- Strong and demonstrable eye for layout, presentation, brand systems and visual problem solving
- Ability to spot new trends and implement fresh experiences through functional, practical, and engaging design
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of thinking
Requirements:
- Mastery of Figma
- Have over 4 years of experience in UX/UI design related roles
- Solid foundational understanding of grid systems, type hierarchy, information hierarchy, and UX principles
- Proficient in producing UX deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and presenting them to clients
- Experience of designing for accessibility
- Understanding the code implications of design decisions
A plus if you have:
- Experience in animating prototypes in After Effects
- Familiar with CSS & HTML
