We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with our Senior Designer to create high-quality designs that meet our clients’ requirements. You will also contribute to our company’s promotional materials, striving to create engaging designs that align with our company’s vision. Your responsibilities will include designing social media posters, banners, pamphlets, illustrations, logos, and more. It is crucial that you stay updated on the latest design trends and possess basic knowledge of social media and online marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Understand project concepts and requirements.
• Create mocks and wireframes based on client requirements.
• Utilize various design techniques to develop models, drafts, and prototypes.
• Generate drafts of social media posters, banners, flyers, etc., and seek approval from the Design head.
• Produce final design solutions, including banners, logos, interfaces, etc.
• Present creative and impactful ideas.
• Collaborate with team members on designing projects.
• Undertake exclusive designing tasks.
• Incorporate feedback from team members to enhance designs, such as adjusting color schemes and tone.
• Develop promotional materials for the Sales and Marketing departments.

Requirements:

• BA or BSc Degree in Graphic Designing or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Junior Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Updated portfolio showcasing past projects.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and exceptional creativity skills.
• Ability to multitask and excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in visual elements, including type, layout, fonts, etc.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as InVision, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and other related tools.
• Understanding of UI and UX is advantageous.
• Knowledge of animation and video editing is preferred.
• Familiarity with different design techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of color correction techniques.
• Basic knowledge of online marketing is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong team player.
