Job Description

Are you looking for a meaningful and creative opportunity? National Addiction Awareness Complex.org is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with our marketing department to design digital and printed materials such as brochures, posters, and website graphics that will be used to support our mission of addiction awareness. This is a part time role and candidate will need to live within a short commute to our Denver PA Planning Office. Familiarity with addiction recovery terminology and lifestyle of recovery is required. However, if you are in addiction recovery yourself, we welcome you to apply, and we require a minimum of three years of continuous sobriety.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing team to create visually compelling digital and printed materials
• Design engaging graphics for website and social media platforms
• Develop concepts and designs for brochures, posters, and other printed materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and materials
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
• Work with external vendors to produce high-quality printed materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment
• Experience designing for both digital and printed materials
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

As a startup team member, we are offering Revenue Base Compensation Freelance Agreements for this opportunity. Compensation will be fully explained during the interview process. Administrator-Assistant will need to be financially stable to participate with us as a startup team member with means of supporting themselves during early development.
